The Spicy Italian on Italian has always been my favorite. I should have asked for more veggies. The bare minimum just doesn't do it. I also don't like it toasted. Good sub at a good price.

If i can put negative start I will do a negative 5 very rude lady (sylvia)....not only do I get hurry making my sandwich when I ask her for a special request she gets mad and gives me attitude! To a paying customer. I think this restaurant should invest way more to their customer service skills........ I been to this restaurant before because is the closest one to my job but I don't mind driving five more minutes and to get a decent customer service!

The staff are very childish and most of them are high schoolers. I went there during the night and the staff in the back were just playing around and running around the kitchen and even on the floor where customers are. It's just embarrassing. The manager there did nothing about it. I don't really have any complaints with the sandwich but management needs to learn how to be a leader when it comes to younger workers.

Used to go here a lot but service was bad so I stopped.  Came back Tuesday service was better but store was filthy.   Came back Sunday at 6:30 pm for A meatball sub. Store again filthy.  And told they didn't have any meatballs- even though was a prime eating time -totally unprepared - so I left cane here to jersey mikes down the road. Clean store well staffed friendly and actually had everything on
  Their menu including meatballs!!!
